The Common Guild in collaboration with Mount Stuart, presents a talk by artist Lucy Skaer. The event accompanies her exhibition, ‘A Proposal for Mount Stuart’ (2013) at Mount Stuart, Bute, an extraordinary neo-Gothic building surrounded by extensive grounds on the island of Bute, off the west coast of Scotland.
Taking the building as her starting point, Skaer has created a sequence of site-specific works placed around the house.
